Requesting Data Deletion

You can delete your Video Summarizer account and associated personal data directly within the app.

To do so, open the app and navigate to Control Cabin > Account. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account.

Once confirmed, your deletion request will be processed. This action is irreversible.

Scope of Data Deletion

Deleting your account will result in the removal of personal data controlled by Video Summarizer, including:

• Account identifiers such as your email address
• User profile and account-related data stored by Video Summarizer

Deletion applies to data managed by Video Summarizer and does not automatically remove data processed or stored by third-party service providers, which are subject to their own data retention policies.

Data Retention Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain limited data for legal, regulatory, security, or technical purposes, including but not limited to:

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Fraud prevention and security obligations
• Accounting or transaction records required by law

When retention is required, we retain only the minimum data necessary and only for the period required by law. Where applicable, we will inform you of the reason certain data cannot be immediately deleted.
